What are the core components of a laundry detergent emulsifier, and what roles do they play?

A standard laundry detergent emulsifier is mainly composed of four core components, each of which undertakes a key role in production:
① Mixing Tank: Usually made of 316L stainless steel, with a double-layer jacket structure. The inner tank is mirror-polished (sanitation grade) to avoid raw material residue and ensure hygiene; the outer jacket is used for temperature control (heating or cooling) to meet the temperature requirements of different emulsification stages.
② High-Shear Homogenizer: The core component of the equipment, consisting of a rotor and a stator. The rotor rotates at high speed (0-3000 rpm) to generate strong centrifugal force, and the raw materials are sucked into the gap between the rotor and the stator. Under the action of shear, impact and cavitation, large oil droplets are broken into fine particles and uniformly dispersed in the water phase.
③ Precision Temperature Control System: Including temperature sensors, heating/cooling modules and control panels, with a temperature control error within ±0.5℃. It can realize segmented temperature control (such as raw material dissolution, emulsification reaction, cooling and discharge), ensuring that sensitive ingredients (such as enzymes, fluorescent whitening agents) are not inactivated due to temperature fluctuations.
④ Vacuum System: Maintain a stable negative pressure environment (usually -0.06~-0.09MPa) during emulsification, which can effectively remove air bubbles generated during mixing, prevent the product from foaming excessively during use, and avoid oxidation of raw materials to extend the product shelf life.
