How to maintain reactor emulsifier equipment to extend its service life?

Regular maintenance focuses on the reaction system, emulsification system, and sealing components, following these guidelines:
  1. Daily Maintenance: After use, clean the reactor body, emulsifying head, and agitator with compatible cleaning agents to remove residues. Check for leaks in seals, pipelines, and valves; ensure lubrication of rotating parts (bearings, shafts) with food-grade or industrial lubricants as required.
  2. Periodic Maintenance: Every 3-6 months, inspect the stator-rotor for wear (replace if gap exceeds 0.2mm) and check the integrity of heating/cooling jackets (remove scale to avoid heat transfer inefficiency). Test pressure control systems and safety valves to ensure compliance with operating standards.
  3. Sealing System Maintenance: Replace fluoropolymer or silicone seals every 6-12 months (depending on operating temperature and medium) to prevent leaks. For vacuum/pressure operations, regularly test the sealing performance of the reactor lid.
  4. Electrical System Maintenance: Inspect motors, frequency converters, and control panels for loose connections or overheating. Keep electrical components dry to avoid short circuits, especially in humid or solvent-rich environments.
  5. Storage and Idle Periods: For long-term idle equipment, clean thoroughly, dry the interior, and apply anti-rust oil to metal parts. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area to avoid corrosion.
