What are the key components of a top-mounted homogenizing emulsifier? What are their respective functions?

A: The key components mainly include the homogenizing unit, agitator unit, drive system, lifting system, mixing tank, and control system, each with a specific function:
1. Homogenizing Unit: Composed of rotor and stator, it is the core component for realizing emulsification and homogenization. The rotor rotates at high speed to provide power for material suction and shearing; the stator has a fixed structure with precise gaps, which cooperates with the rotor to generate shearing force and impact force.
2. Agitator Unit: Usually including anchor agitator, paddle agitator, or frame agitator, it is responsible for stirring the entire material in the tank, preventing local material accumulation, and ensuring uniform temperature and composition of the material system.
3. Drive System: Consists of a motor and a reducer, which provides power for the operation of the homogenizing head and the agitator. The reducer adjusts the rotation speed to meet the requirements of different homogenization and stirring processes.
4. Lifting System: Generally driven by a cylinder or a motor, it can realize the lifting of the homogenizing head and the agitator. When feeding, discharging, or cleaning the tank, the homogenizing head can be lifted out of the tank, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
5. Mixing Tank: Used to hold materials, usually made of 316L stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and cleanliness, complying with the hygiene standards of food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. Some tanks are equipped with a jacketed heating/cooling system to control the material temperature during the process.
6. Control System: Including frequency converter, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, and touch screen HMI. It can realize the precise control of homogenization speed, stirring speed, temperature, and working time, and support parameter storage and call, realizing automated operation.
