What are the core components of a small-scale homogenizer emulsifier, and what are their roles?

2026-01-20

What are the core components of a small-scale homogenizer emulsifier, and what are their roles?

Regardless of type, the core components include 5 parts:drive unit: usually a frequency conversion motor, providing power for homogenization/emulsification, with stepless speed regulation to adapt to different materials; homogenization/emulsification head: the core working part (rotor-stator, ultrasonic probe, or high-pressure valve), generating shear, impact, or cavitation force to process materials; mixing tank/beaker: used to hold materials, usually made of 316L stainless steel or borosilicate glass, with different capacities (0.1L-50L) optional; control system: including speed control, time setting, and temperature monitoring (optional), with a simple operation panel for parameter adjustment;support frame & sealing structure: ensuring equipment stability during operation, and the sealing structure (mechanical seal or O-ring) preventing material leakage and contamination. Each component cooperates to realize efficient and stable processing of materials.
