• Hydraulic Lift Design: The emulsifying head and cover adopt hydraulic lift control, with stable lifting and precise positioning. It is convenient for feeding, cleaning, and maintenance of the mixing tank, reducing labor intensity and improving operation efficiency. The lift stroke is adjustable according to tank volume, adapting to different production operations.
• Vacuum Mixing System: Equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum pump, the tank can reach a vacuum degree of -0.095~-0.098MPa. The closed vacuum environment prevents air from entering during the emulsification process, avoiding oxidation of materials, eliminating bubbles in products, and ensuring the smoothness and stability of cosmetics.
• High-Shear Emulsifying Homogenizer: The bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizing head adopts a multi-layer rotor-stator structure with a precision gap of 0.2~0.5mm. Rotor speed can reach 2800~3600rpm, generating strong shearing force, impact force, and turbulent flow to fully disperse oil-water phases and break material particles into micro-nano level, forming a uniform and stable emulsion system.
• Dual-Stirring Structure: Equipped with anchor-type stirring and scraper stirring. The anchor-type stirrer drives the overall circulation of materials to ensure uniform mixing; the scraper is closely attached to the tank wall, effectively scraping off material residues on the tank wall, avoiding local overheating and ensuring consistent material composition.
• Food-Grade Material: The mixing tank, emulsifying head, and all parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, with surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm. It meets GMP and food safety standards, has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is easy to clean without material contamination.
• Intelligent Control System: Equipped with PLC touch screen control, realizing automatic control of vacuum degree, mixing speed, emulsification time, and temperature. Parameters can be set and stored according to different product formulas; real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, with fault alarm function for safe and reliable operation.
• Temperature Control Function: The tank body is equipped with a jacketed heating/cooling system, which can adjust the material temperature through hot water or cooling water. Temperature control range is 5~120℃, precision ±1℃, meeting the temperature requirements of different cosmetic production processes.​
