  1. Pre-Inspection: Check for equipment damage (loose parts, cracked seals) and ensure all contact surfaces are clean and dry. Verify power supply, vacuum system, and temperature control function normally.
  2. Material Preparation: Pre-melt oil-phase materials (e.g., beeswax, lanolin) and dissolve water-phase materials (e.g., thickeners, active ingredients) in separate containers, heating to the required temperature (50~85℃) as needed.
  3. Load Materials: Pour the continuous phase (e.g., oil phase for ointments) into the emulsification tank. Ensure the frame stirrer and homogenizing head are submerged to avoid air suction.
  4. Start Vacuum System: Turn on the vacuum pump to maintain a negative pressure environment (-0.07~-0.095 MPa) and remove air from the tank.
  5. Emulsification & Mixing: Start the frame stirrer (low speed) to circulate materials, then start the homogenizing head (gradually increase speed to 3000~6000 rpm). Add the dispersed phase (e.g., water phase) slowly and uniformly, maintaining emulsification for 15~30 minutes.
  6. Temperature Control: Adjust heating/cooling systems to keep materials at the optimal temperature, avoiding overheating of heat-sensitive ingredients.
  7. Post-Processing: Reduce homogenizing speed, maintain vacuum for 5~10 minutes to remove residual bubbles, then cool the paste to room temperature under gentle stirring.
