Key Functional Modules

• Automatic Vacuum Deaeration System: Equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump and intelligent pressure control module, it can quickly evacuate the air in the closed mixing tank (vacuum degree adjustable: -0.06~-0.095 MPa). It effectively avoids air bubbles from being mixed into the cream during the mixing and emulsification process, ensuring the product has a smooth, delicate texture without pores, and prevents oxidation of active ingredients (such as vitamin C, plant extracts, hyaluronic acid) to maintain product efficacy.
• High-Shear Homogenizing Emulsification System: The core homogenizing head adopts a precision rotor-stator structure, with a rotating speed of 8,000~20,000 rpm. It generates strong shear force, impact force, and cavitation effect, which can quickly break down agglomerated particles (such as titanium dioxide, powder additives) into 2~6 μm, and fully integrate oil-water phases to form a stable emulsion system. The emulsification effect is uniform and thorough, avoiding the problem of cream stratification or sedimentation during storage.
• Intelligent Automatic Mixing System: Configured with dual stirrers (anchor stirrer + paddle stirrer) and automatic lifting adjustment function. The anchor stirrer closely fits the tank wall to avoid material adhesion and dead zones, while the paddle stirrer promotes overall material circulation. The mixing speed and lifting stroke can be automatically adjusted according to the material characteristics and production process, realizing automatic and uniform mixing of materials without manual intervention.
• Precise Temperature Control System: The mixing tank adopts a double-jacket structure, with heat transfer media (steam or hot water/cold water) circulating inside. The temperature control range is room temperature~120℃, and the control accuracy is ±1℃. It can accurately control the material temperature during the mixing and emulsification process, ensuring that heat-sensitive ingredients are not inactivated, and improving the stability and reproducibility of the emulsification reaction.
• Full-Automatic Control System: Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control panel, which supports one-key start, parameter preset, and automatic process operation. It can store multiple sets of production recipes (for different types of creams, lotions, serums), and automatically record key production parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, mixing speed, emulsification time, etc.) for traceability. The operation is simple and intuitive, reducing the dependence on professional operators.
