Second, material feeding requirements. Feed materials in the order and proportion specified in the process formula. Avoid adding materials with large solid particles (above 5mm) directly to prevent damage to the shearing head; for high-viscosity materials, it is recommended to preheat or dilute them appropriately to ensure smooth feeding. Third, parameter setting and adjustment. Set the shearing speed, heating temperature, and working time according to the material characteristics and process requirements. During the operation, adjust the parameters gradually, and do not change the shearing speed or heating power sharply to avoid material splashing or emulsion instability. Fourth, temperature control during operation. For materials that require heating or cooling, closely monitor the temperature change of the materials. If the temperature exceeds the set range, stop the machine in time to check the heating/cooling system to prevent material deterioration or equipment damage. Fifth, safety operation norms.
