1. Efficient Vacuum Degassing System

The equipment is equipped with a high-performance vacuum system, which can quickly reduce the pressure inside the homogenizing pot to -0.06~-0.095 MPa. During the mixing and emulsification process, the bubbles generated by material stirring are promptly extracted, avoiding air bubbles and oxidation in the finished cream. This effectively prevents the product from turning yellow, deteriorating or having a rough texture due to air contact, ensuring that the cosmetic cream has a smooth and delicate texture and extending its shelf life.

2. High-Shear Homogenization Technology

Adopting a claw-type paired stator-rotor structure, the homogenizer head realizes stepless speed regulation in the range of 600~6000 rpm through frequency conversion control. It generates strong shearing, impact and turbulence forces in the shear gap, quickly breaking down raw material particles into 0.2~2 μm fine particles. The material is fully emulsified and mixed, solving the problem of uneven particle distribution in traditional mixing equipment, and making the cream texture uniform and consistent without stratification.

3. Full-Range Scraping & Mixing Mechanism

Equipped with a PTFE scraping plate that fits the pot body closely, the mixer can fully scrape off the materials adhering to the inner wall and bottom of the pot during operation, ensuring no dead corners in mixing. The frame-type stirring paddle cooperates with the reverse stirring blade to realize three-dimensional mixing of materials, promoting the continuous generation of new interfaces between raw materials. This structure is especially suitable for high-viscosity cosmetic creams (500~50,000 mPa·s), ensuring uniform mixing of all components.

4. Precise Temperature Control System

The homogenizing pot adopts a jacketed structure, supporting both electric heating and steam heating modes (optional). The temperature control range is 0~120℃, with a temperature fluctuation accuracy of ±1.5℃. For heat-sensitive raw materials (such as vitamins, plant extracts) commonly used in cosmetics, the system can realize slow heating and constant temperature control, avoiding the loss of active ingredients and ensuring the efficacy of the finished product. The cooling system can quickly lower the material temperature after emulsification, improving production efficiency.

5. Hygienic Structural Design

All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, with mirror polishing treatment (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean and free of material residue. The pot body and cover adopt arc transition connections, without structural dead corners, fully complying with GMP and cosmetic industry hygiene standards. The equipment supports CIP/SIP automatic cleaning systems, and the hydraulic lifting cover design facilitates manual cleaning and maintenance, reducing cross-contamination risks.

Structural Composition

The equipment is composed of six core parts, forming a stable and efficient production system:
  • Main Homogenizing Pot: Integrates homogenization, stirring, heating and cooling functions, with a design volume of 5~1000L (customizable according to production needs) and a working volume of 70~80% of the design volume.
  • Oil/Water Pots: Two auxiliary pots for preheating and stirring oil-soluble and water-soluble raw materials separately, with independent temperature control and stirring systems, ensuring preliminary mixing of raw materials before emulsification.
  • Vacuum System: Consists of a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge and airtight valve, providing stable negative pressure environment and real-time pressure monitoring.
  • Hydraulic Lifting System: Realizes stable lifting and positioning of the main pot cover, with a lifting height of 500~1500 mm, facilitating feeding, discharging and cleaning operations.
  • Control System: Adopts PLC intelligent control, with a touch screen operation interface. It can set and monitor temperature, vacuum degree, stirring speed, homogenization time and other parameters, support multi-formula storage and one-key start, reducing manual operation errors.
  • Rack & Sealing Structure: High-strength stainless steel rack ensures equipment stability during high-speed operation; double mechanical seal structure prevents material leakage and ensures the tightness of the vacuum system.
