Core Structure & Functional Features

1. Homogenizing Emulsification System

Adopts a high-precision triple-stage rotor-stator structure, with a maximum rotational speed of 15,000 rpm and a linear speed of up to 50 m/s. The narrow gap (0.05-0.3 mm) between the rotor and stator generates intense shearing, cavitation, and turbulent forces, which can thoroughly break down oil droplets, solid particles, and agglomerates into micro-sized dispersions (1-5 μm). This ensures uniform mixing of multi-phase materials (oil-water, solid-liquid) and stable emulsification effect, avoiding phase separation and stratification of the final product.
Equipped with a frequency conversion speed regulation system, the rotational speed can be steplessly adjusted between 1,000-15,000 rpm to adapt to different viscosity materials (5,000-100,000 mPas) and production process requirements.

2. Vacuum System

Integrated with a high-efficiency vacuum pump, the vacuum degree can reach -0.095 to -0.098 MPa. The vacuum environment is maintained during the entire mixing and emulsification process, which can effectively remove air bubbles generated in the material, prevent oxidative degradation of sensitive ingredients, and avoid surface bubbles and porosity in the final product. The sealed structure of the equipment prevents air from re-entering, ensuring stable vacuum performance.

3. Temperature Control System

The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed design, with a temperature control range of 20-80℃ and a temperature control precision of ±1℃. It supports both heating and cooling functions (heating via steam or electric heating, cooling via circulating water), which can accurately regulate the processing temperature according to the material characteristics and process requirements. This avoids thermal denaturation of ingredients and ensures the stability of the formulation matrix.

4. Mixing Chamber

The mixing chamber is made of 316L stainless steel, with an electrolytic polishing treatment on the inner surface (surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μm). It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and easy cleaning, avoiding material adhesion and cross-contamination. The chamber volume can be customized from 50L to 5,000L to match small-batch pilot production and large-scale mass production.
Equipped with a scraper stirring device, it can fully stir the materials attached to the inner wall of the chamber, ensuring uniform mixing of materials without dead corners and improving material utilization.

5. Control System

Adopts an automatic touchscreen control system, which can real-time monitor and adjust key process parameters such as rotational speed, vacuum degree, temperature, and mixing time. The system supports parameter storage and recall functions, facilitating batch-to-batch consistency of production processes. It is equipped with safety protection functions (overload protection, over-temperature protection, vacuum leakage alarm) to ensure safe and stable operation.
