Key Functional Modules

• Vacuum Deaeration System: Equipped with a high-performance vacuum pump and airtight sealing structure, the system can quickly evacuate the air in the mixing tank, with an adjustable vacuum degree of -0.06~-0.095 MPa. By eliminating air bubbles in the material during the mixing and emulsification process, it effectively avoids the problem of rough texture and pore defects in the finished cream, and prevents oxidation of heat-sensitive active ingredients (such as hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and plant extracts) to maintain the efficacy and shelf life of the product.
• High-Shear Homogenizing Emulsification System: The core homogenizing head adopts a precision rotor-stator structure, with a stepless adjustable speed range of 8,000~22,000 rpm. When running at high speed, it generates strong shear force, impact force, and cavitation effect, which can quickly break down agglomerated particles (such as titanium dioxide, powder additives, and oil droplets) into 2~5 μm fine particles, and promote the complete fusion of oil-water two phases to form a stable emulsion system. This ensures that the cream does not stratify or precipitate during long-term storage.
• Intelligent Mixing System: Configured with dual stirrers (anchor stirrer + paddle stirrer) to achieve all-round and dead-angle-free mixing. The anchor stirrer closely fits the inner wall of the tank to avoid material adhesion and residue, while the paddle stirrer promotes the circular flow of materials in the tank to ensure uniform mixing of all raw materials. The mixing speed can be adjusted steplessly between 0~60 rpm, which is suitable for materials of different viscosities (from thin lotions to thick creams).
• Precise Temperature Control System: The mixing tank adopts a double-jacket structure, which can circulate hot water, cold water, or steam to adjust the material temperature. The temperature control range is room temperature~120℃, and the control accuracy is ±1℃. It can accurately control the temperature during the emulsification reaction, ensuring that heat-sensitive ingredients are not inactivated, and improving the reproducibility of the production process.
• Humanized Control System: Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control panel, which supports one-key start, parameter preset, and automatic process operation. It can store up to 50 sets of production recipes (for different types of creams, lotions, etc.), and automatically record key production parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, homogenization speed, emulsification time, etc.) for production traceability. The operation interface is intuitive and simple, reducing the dependence on professional operators.
