1. Efficient Homogenization & Emulsification

Equipped with a high-speed rotor-stator homogenizing head, the equipment generates strong mechanical shear force, impact force, and cavitation effect. It can effectively break down the dispersed phase particles (such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide in sunscreen, and oil droplets in creams) into 0.1-5 micrometers, ensuring uniform dispersion and stable emulsification. This avoids problems such as graininess, phase separation, and poor sunscreen effect caused by uneven mixing, ensuring that the finished product has a smooth and delicate texture.

2. Stable Vacuum Deaeration

The integrated high-performance vacuum system can quickly evacuate the air in the mixing tank and maintain a stable negative pressure environment. It effectively prevents air bubbles from being mixed into the material during the stirring and emulsification process, and removes existing air bubbles in the material. This is particularly important for sunscreen and cream products—avoiding surface froth, air holes, and oxidation of active ingredients (such as vitamins, plant extracts), extending the product shelf life and ensuring consistent quality.
