1. Agitator Motor Core

The agitator motor serves as the power core of the equipment, adopting a customized high-torque variable-frequency motor with a power range of 5-50 kW (adjustable according to equipment capacity). It features stepless speed regulation (50-500 rpm) and stable torque output, ensuring uniform mixing of materials without causing excessive shear damage to sensitive ingredients (e.g., plant extracts, vitamins). The motor is equipped with a precision transmission system, reducing vibration and noise during operation (noise ≤75 dB) and extending service life. 2. Vacuum Homogenization System

Integrated with a dual-stage rotor-stator homogenizing head and a high-efficiency vacuum system, the equipment achieves precise emulsification and deaeration. The homogenizing head operates at a maximum rotational speed of 12,000 rpm, generating intense shearing and cavitation forces to break down oil droplets into micro-sized dispersions (1-3 μm), ensuring complete fusion of oil-water phases in lotions. The vacuum system can reach a vacuum degree of -0.095 to -0.098 MPa, effectively removing air bubbles generated during mixing, avoiding oxidative degradation of active ingredients, and ensuring a smooth, bubble-free lotion texture.

3. Multi-Mode Agitation System

Matching the agitator motor core, the equipment is equipped with a dual-agitation structure (anchor-type + paddle-type) to eliminate mixing dead corners. The anchor-type agitator adheres closely to the inner wall of the mixing chamber, scraping residual materials and ensuring uniform heat transfer; the paddle-type agitator promotes vertical material circulation, enhancing mixing uniformity. The agitation speed is synchronized with the homogenizing speed via the control system, adapting to different lotion formulations (oil-in-water, water-in-oil) and viscosity ranges (500-50,000 mPas).

4. Temperature Control System

The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed design with a temperature control range of 20-80℃ and precision of ±1℃. It supports both electric heating and circulating water cooling, enabling precise temperature adjustment according to lotion formulation requirements. This prevents thermal denaturation of heat-sensitive ingredients (e.g., hyaluronic acid, peptides) and ensures the stability of the lotion matrix and active ingredient efficacy.

5. Material & Hygiene Design

All product-contacting parts are made of 316L stainless steel, undergoing electrolytic polishing treatment (surface roughness Ra ≤0.4 μm) to prevent material adhesion and cross-contamination. The equipment supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning, facilitating thorough cleaning of the chamber, agitator, and pipelines after each batch, complying with cosmetic production hygiene standards (GMP, FDA).
