3. High-Quality Stainless Steel Material

The mixing tank, emulsifying head, and other contact parts with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which meets food-grade and pharmaceutical-grade standards. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance, and is easy to clean without residual materials. The tank body is polished with a mirror surface, which not only improves the appearance quality but also reduces the adhesion of materials, ensuring the cleanliness of the production process.

4. Efficient Mixing & Emulsification System

Equipped with dual mixing paddles (anchor type + frame type) and high-speed emulsifying rotor-stator structure. The anchor-type paddle is suitable for mixing high-viscosity materials, ensuring uniform mixing of materials in the whole tank; the frame-type paddle enhances the mixing intensity and promotes the circulation of materials. The emulsifying system adopts serrated rotor and stator, which can realize fine emulsification and homogenization of materials, making the product texture uniform and stable.

5. Reliable Pump & Motor Configuration

Equipped with high-power electric motor and high-pressure pump, providing strong power support for the whole production process. The motor adopts frequency conversion control, which can adjust the rotating speed according to the material characteristics and production needs, realizing energy-saving operation. The pump system has stable performance, ensuring smooth feeding and discharging, and improving production efficiency. The motor is equipped with overheating protection and leakage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

6. Intelligent Operation & Control

Adopts PLC intelligent control system and touch screen operation interface, which is simple and intuitive. It can set and store multiple production parameters (such as mixing time, homogenizing speed, vacuum degree, temperature), and support automatic and manual operation modes.
