Equipped with a high-performance rotor-stator homogenizing head, the equipment operates at a speed of 3000-10000 RPM, generating strong shear force and cavitation effect. It can break oil droplets and solid particles into micron or sub-micron levels (≤1μm), realizing uniform dispersion of oil-water phases. The prepared creams and lotions have a silky texture, no graininess, and no phase separation even during long-term storage, effectively improving product stability and shelf life (up to 12-24 months).

2. Vacuum Operation, Avoid Secondary Pollution

The entire mixing process is carried out under negative pressure vacuum environment, which can effectively eliminate air bubbles in the material, prevent oxidation of heat-sensitive ingredients (such as vitamins, natural plant extracts) and avoid foaming. At the same time, the sealed vacuum structure prevents external dust and bacteria from entering, ensuring the purity of cosmetic products and meeting strict hygiene requirements of the cosmetic industry.

3. Precise Temperature Control, Protect Active Ingredients

The mixing chamber is equipped with a jacketed heating and cooling system, which can precisely control the temperature within the range of 35-65℃. It can realize slow heating for melting waxes and fats, and rapid cooling for protecting heat-sensitive active ingredients (such as hyaluronic acid, retinol). The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, ensuring the efficacy of active ingredients in cosmetics and the consistency of product quality between batches.

4. Flexible Capacity Coverage, Adapt to Diverse Production Needs

Providing 50L, 100L, 200L, 500L and 1000L five capacity models, which can be matched according to production scale: 50-100L models are suitable for R&D laboratories and boutique cosmetic brands for small-batch trial production and formula debugging; 200-500L models are suitable for growing brands for medium-scale production and regional market supply; 500-1000L models are suitable for large-scale cosmetic enterprises for mass production, improving market supply capacity.

5. Intelligent Automation, Reduce Labor Costs

Adopting PLC touch screen control system, which can preset and store multiple sets of formula parameters (such as homogenization speed, mixing time, temperature, vacuum degree). One-key start realizes automatic operation, reduces manual intervention and ensures batch consistency. At the same time, it is equipped with real-time monitoring and alarm functions for abnormal parameters (such as over-temperature, under-vacuum), ensuring safe production. Large-capacity models (500-1000L) are optional with CIP online cleaning system, which simplifies cleaning procedures and shortens production downtime.

6. Hygienic Design, Meet Industry Standards

All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. The internal structure of the mixing chamber is smooth without dead corners, avoiding material residue and bacterial breeding. The equipment complies with GMP, FDA and EU (EC) No 10/2011 cosmetic production standards, and can pass relevant industry audits smoothly.
