What are the operating precautions for high-speed homogenizing emulsifiers?

To ensure the safe operation of the equipment and the quality of products, the following precautions should be observed during operation:
• Material pretreatment: Before feeding, the solid materials should be crushed into small particles (if necessary), and the viscous materials should be preheated to reduce viscosity, so as to avoid blocking the homogenizer head and affecting the homogenization effect.
• No-load operation is prohibited: The homogenizer head must be immersed in the material before starting, and no-load high-speed operation is strictly prohibited, otherwise the equipment parts will be worn and the motor will be overloaded.
• Gradual speed increase: When starting the homogenizer, the speed should be increased gradually from low speed to high speed, instead of directly starting at high speed, so as to avoid sudden impact on the motor and materials.
• Temperature monitoring: For heat-sensitive materials, the temperature during processing should be strictly monitored. If the temperature rises too fast, the speed should be reduced or the operation should be stopped to cool down, so as to avoid the inactivation of active ingredients.
• Safe operation: During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to touch the rotating parts with hands or tools, and the cover of the emulsification tank should be closed to prevent material splashing and personal injury.
• Parameter matching: According to the characteristics of materials, select the appropriate speed and processing time. Excessively long processing time may lead to excessive temperature rise and material degradation.
