  • Vacuum Operation Safety: Do not open the tank lid or release the vacuum suddenly during processing, as this may cause material spillage or equipment damage. Release the vacuum slowly after processing. Monitor the vacuum degree in real time—if the pressure is abnormal (e.g., sudden increase/decrease), stop the equipment immediately for inspection.
  • Lifting Mechanism Safety: Do not stand under the lifting component (emulsification head or tank) during lifting/lowering. Ensure no obstacles are present around the lifting path. Stop the lifting operation immediately if the movement is unstable or abnormal noise occurs.
  • High-Speed Operation Safety: Do not touch the emulsification head during high-speed rotation. Ensure the emulsification head is firmly installed and the rotor-stator assembly is not loose. Stop the emulsification head before adjusting the lifting height or performing maintenance.
