What are the key points of daily maintenance and maintenance of medium-sized emulsifiers?
Daily maintenance of medium-sized emulsifiers is crucial to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure stable operation. The key points include: First, regular cleaning. After each use, thoroughly clean the parts in contact with materials (mixing tank, shearing head, feeding/discharging pipelines) to avoid material residue and corrosion. For equipment with CIP online cleaning system, regularly check the cleaning effect and replace the cleaning agent in time. Second, lubrication maintenance. Regularly add lubricating oil to the rotating parts (such as motor bearings, shearing head shafts) according to the equipment manual, usually once a month for light-load operation and once a week for heavy-load operation. Check the oil level and oil quality regularly, and replace the lubricating oil completely every 6 months. Third, inspection of wearing parts. Regularly check the wear of key wearing parts, such as shearing blades, seals, and O-rings. If there are signs of wear (such as blade blunting, seal leakage), replace them in time to avoid affecting the emulsification effect and equipment safety. Fourth, electrical system inspection. Every 3 months, check the electrical components (such as motors, contactors, sensors) for loose connections, overheating, or damage; check the accuracy of the temperature sensor and pressure sensor to ensure the normal operation of the intelligent control system. Fifth, storage and maintenance during shutdown. If the equipment is not used for a long time (more than 1 month), thoroughly clean and dry all parts, apply anti-rust oil to the metal surfaces, and cover the equipment with a dust cover to prevent dust and moisture from entering. Store the equipment in a dry, ventilated, and non-corrosive gas environment. Sixth, regular professional maintenance. It is recommended to invite professional technicians to conduct comprehensive maintenance on the equipment every 12 months, including disassembly and inspection of the shearing system, maintenance of the motor, and calibration of the control system, to ensure the overall performance of the equipment.
